Primary Objective:
The Video Graphics Engineer position is responsible for operating any and all video equipment in support of CWP events, under the guidance of the Production Manager. Direct contact with clients and the ability to create content and manage client content is required to successfully execute the clients vision.
Essential Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all video equipment inventory, organization and maintenance.
- Duties include packing and prepping, loading, unloading, and transportation of all related lighting/video/audio equipment to events.
- Additional duties include, but are not limited to, content management and creation for events and clients, as well as creating detailed run of shows.
- Job site responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setup and operation of video switching, playback, streaming, monitoring, and recording equipment
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining positive morale on fast paced job sites and in the warehouse.
- Works corporate events, festivals, tours, one-offs, weekends or any applicable Company event as required or assigned.
- Must be willing to learn new skills, and be an all around team player.
- Assist in any Company related event equipment prep where needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred
- 3+ years in the touring, concert, event industry preferred
- Must be competent and actively learning industry standard software for content creation, video switching, streaming, distribution and capture
- Must be comfortable and well versed in content creation and management for event support and social media
- Strong technical and communication skills and ability to retain information
