Delivery Associate - Come join our team! Deliver bagged and bulk feed products to farms throughout central Wisconsin. Local driving (no overnights) and includes being off on holidays and a clothing allowance. Class A CDL required.

Position requirements:
- Approved Driver Qualification File per company guidelines
- Friendly and courteous customer interaction
- Ability to alternate driving, sitting, walking, climbing, and standing
- Safely lift, carry and stack feed bags; frequently moving up to 50-pound bags and occasionally moving 55-pound bags up to shoulder height
- Climb and maintain balance on ladders, stairs and top of bulk trailers
- Basic math and English reading, writing and speaking skills
Essential duties:
- Assists in loading trucks with bag/bulk product at Vita Plus, customer or supplier locations
- Inspect product for quality conformity during the loading/unloading process
- Complete pickup and delivery paperwork accurately
- Product delivery is timely and complies with location guidelines: safety, vehicle movement, product delivery location/bin and customer requirements as directed
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of equipment
- Daily documentation and adherence to Safe Feed / Safe Food program requirements
- Follows all regulations (DOT, local, state and federal) to maintain a CDL certification
- Other duties as assigned by management
Working conditions:
- Environmental conditions: dust, wind and inclement weather
- Warehouse or bulk storage location such as a grain facility or bulk ingredient storage
- Uneven or slippery work surfaces
- Multiple work levels: ladders, stairs and ramps
