Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
Hours: Flexible weekday scheduling with afternoon and after-school availability preferred to best support our families. No weekends.
Pay: $35–$42/hour

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, trauma-informed pediatric physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans that support each child's developmental goals.
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, interventions, and activities to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support progress outside the clinic.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, Counselors, and other providers to deliver coordinated, whole-child care.
- Foster meaningful relationships with patients and families while promoting a positive therapy experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pediatric Rehab Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Current Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Experience in pediatric outpatient settings is preferred but not required.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered, trauma-informed care.
