Advance Your Maintenance Career Our client is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in a modern production facility located in Statesville, NC.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in industrial electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and industrial manufacturing. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, relays, contactors, and industrial control systems.
- Use multimeters, amp meters, and meggers to diagnose electrical issues.
- Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures safely.
- Repair pumps, boilers, piping, conveyors, and related production equipment.
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Complete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and outside vendors to resolve equipment issues.
- Assist in training operators on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
- Maintain a safe work environment while supporting production goals.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
