Currently seeking experienced equipment operators and general laborers for our asphalt construction company. Desired candidates will have experience in, or willingness to learn, all aspects of asphalt and concrete construction (raking, shoveling, site clean up, seal coat application, crack-fill application).
Pay rate is depending on experience.
Experience with operating heavy machinery is a REQUIREMENT.

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced equipment operators and general laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
- Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
- Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
- Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility
- Rake/Lute, shovel, and plate tamper
- Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
Qualifications
- Experience operating equipment related to asphalt work
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
- Attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
