Junior Data Analyst:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months primarily remote (50% offsite, 50% onsite Las Vegas) EOY 2026
Rate: Open, C-C recommended
Project Objective:
We have an ASAP need for an Data Analyst who is seeking a long term intern experience in delivering dynamic control changes within large scale utility projects ~ content management and/or web design projects (10,000+ users). Tracking of large number of data books & data sets through MS-Excel.
Following up with Stakeholders on their progress providing various data set requirements to be migrated.
Assisting with Workbook & workflow populations of data provided by stakeholders into uploaded templates. Validation and Maintaining of templates.
Interaction and hand-offs to vendor management team members.
Possibly assisting with UAT by performing tasks in relationship with applications and step to step guidelines of test plans.
Creation of process maps or guides to stakeholders of new workflows and patterns.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Excellent attention to detail –
- Emotional Intelligence – Ability to navigate team dynamics, manage resistance to change, and foster collaboration among IT, business stakeholders, and end-users.
- User Testing Knowledge – Understanding of validation strategies, performance testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure functionality, security, and performance post-migration.
- Stakeholder Management – Experience engaging with technical teams, executives, and end-users to align expectations and ensure a smooth transition.
- Risk & Change Management – Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, adapt plans as needed, and ensure seamless cutover with minimal business disruption.
- Excellent Communication and interaction skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, project planning and execution

1099 Engagement or Corp-Corp (preferred) working initially onsite (Las Vegas) then moving to some remote and onsite for the duration of the project. 20-40 hours/week.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
