What You’ll Do
· Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ functional status, including mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and activities of daily living (ADL) performance
· Identify impairments, functional limitations, and safety risks to establish appropriate clinical impressions and care plans
· Implement fall prevention strategies and therapeutic programs aimed at reducing risk, maintaining function, and preventing decline
· Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license
- 2+ years of clinical experience; prior work in senior living or with older adults is a plus
- A passion for “Empowering People to Live Younger, Longer.”
Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour
