PDQ Recycling is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Technician to be responsible for routine maintenance on buildings, yards, vehicles, and equipment.
Responsibilities
· Perform routine maintenance on the buildings which includes small plumbing issues and make minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing building systems
· Move business equipment when required
· Control and monitor irrigation system and make small repairs
· Keep buildings and yards cleaned and stocked with supplies
· Monitor restrooms for small problems and make sure they stay clean
· Pick up trash on the outside of buildings daily
· Carry a phone 24/7
· Lawn maintenance on various properties
· Prepare vehicles for baling process using a forklift (drain fluids and remove tires)
· Run errands, pick up parts, etc.
Requirements
· Valid Driver’s License and meet the company’s fleet policy requirements
· Experience in the repair of small electrical and plumbing projects in order to perform routine maintenance
· MVR along with background and drug screen required
· Physically able to do manual labor and climb
· Willing and able to follow instructions
· Well-groomed and personable

Position Details
· Full-time with Overtime. Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday as needed
· Weekly Pay
