Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Leader Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will lead by example, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing daily operations in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth service flow in both food and beverage service areas
- Lead and motivate team members, providing training, coaching, and development to enhance performance
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste
- Enforce food safety standards and proper handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Supervise kitchen and bar staff during shifts, coordinating tasks for efficient food preparation and service
- Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold service excellence
- Support management in budgeting, staff scheduling, and overall restaurant management tasks
Requirements
- must have experiance in server/ bartender position
- must have shift leader experiance Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or bartending within a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Ability to train staff effectively and contribute to a positive team environment
- Prior experience in fine dining, casual dining, catering, or hotel food service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shift responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and food production processes

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
