Duties
- Greet visitors professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling for patients
- Verify medical and vision insurance
- Assist with office tasks such as supply inventory (contacts), document organization, and faxing
- Support patient communication efforts by providing timely information and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Experience
- Proven clerical experience in an office environment with a strong background in front desk or reception duties
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support in person or over the phone
- Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
