Brightside Windows is expanding in the Everett area and hiring motivated individuals to join our outreach team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for people who enjoy working with others, staying active, and building valuable communication and sales skills. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth.
As a Sales Appointment Setter, you’ll work in residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our project specialists.
What You’ll Do
- Work in assigned residential neighborhoods throughout the Everett area
- Speak with homeowners about energy-efficient window upgrades
- Introduce Brightside Windows services and current offerings
- Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners
- Track daily activity and appointments using your phone
- Work toward weekly goals in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors
Compensation
- Training pay of $600 per week when activity requirements are met
- Additional incentives based on performance

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
