What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Duct Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for delivering clean, safe, high‑quality duct cleaning services:

Serve customers by reviewing work orders, following daily schedules, and listening to customer concerns

Perform duct cleaning and related HVAC tasks with professionalism and efficiency

Proactively solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with other departments to improve workflow and communication

Request necessary parts and equipment ahead of each job

Verify your truck is fully stocked and prepared for the day

Document all work performed according to company procedures

Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices

Maintain your tools and equipment in good working order

Stay current on HVAC codes, standards, and best practices

Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times

Drive and maintain a box truck used for duct cleaning operations

Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

What You Bring
We’re looking for a duct‑cleaning pro who takes pride in their work:

6 months+ of HVAC duct cleaning or ductwork experience

High School Diploma, GED, or Technical/Trade School (preferred)

Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

Willingness to complete a pre‑employment drug test and background check

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
