Compensation:
- $24 - $30 per hour (base pay)
- Uncapped sales commission based on individual sales performance.
- Quarterly performance bonus based on individual and company performance.

Position Summary
Custom Cup Factory, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and support the Company's continued growth throughout the United States.
The Sales Representative will promote the Company's foodservice packaging products, including paper cups, plastic cups, paper bags, deli containers, bowls, lids, and other restaurant packaging supplies. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about building long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum one (1) year of B2B sales or customer service experience.
- Experience in foodservice packaging, restaurant supplies, disposable products, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with restaurants, cafes, bubble tea shops, distributors, or wholesalers is a plus.
- Experience developing new business accounts through cold calling, email outreach, customer visits, or trade shows is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling foodservice packaging, restaurant supplies, disposable products, janitorial supplies, or related products.
- Existing relationships with restaurants, cafés, distributors, wholesalers, or foodservice operators are highly desirable.
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Identify prospective customers including restaurants, cafés, bubble tea shops, distributors, wholesalers, grocery stores, foodservice operators, and commercial businesses.
- Generate new sales leads and convert opportunities into long-term customers.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Custom Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and packaging solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all Company products, including paper cups, plastic cups, paper bags, deli containers, custom printing capabilities, manufacturing processes, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and applications.
- Recommend customized packaging solutions based on customer requirements.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate customer account information within the Company's system.
- Prepare sales reports and activity reports.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting Departments.
- Document customer communications, quotations, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities within the Company's system.
Trade Show & Marketing Support
- Represent the Company at trade shows and customer events.
- Assist with product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Support Marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Accounts Receivable Support
- Assist the Accounting Department in following up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and maintaining healthy customer accounts.
Successful Metrics (KPIs):
Performance will be evaluated based on metrics including, but not limited to:
- Driving monthly sales revenue and expanding new/existing accounts.
- Maintaining high customer retention and satisfaction levels.
- Optimizing quote-to-order conversion rates.
- Consistently meeting outreach activity targets (calls, emails, meetings, and visits).
Work Schedule & Environment
- Regular business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings, weekends, or travel may be required to support trade shows, customer meetings, and other business activities.
- Primarily based in an office setting with occasional local and regional travel for customer visits and industry events.
- Physical demands include comfortably sitting, standing, and using a computer for extended periods, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
