Shifts are on a rotating 2-week schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
This rotation schedule provides:

The Material Handler for tug carts Operations plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently move finished goods within the facility using a sit-down forklift and a Tug cart
Requirements:
Role and Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Team Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues to coordinate tasks and ensure operational smoothness.
- Goods Transportation: Operate sit-down forklifts for loading and moving finished products.
- Oversized Pallet Management: Stage oversized pallets in a structured manner to facilitate easy pickup.
- Material Staging: Ensure a steady supply of raw materials to production operators to avoid workflow interruptions.
- Order Verification: Confirm the accuracy of orders prior to dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adherence to all safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Required Skills / Abilities / Competencies

High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Valid Drivers license

A minimum of 1-2 years of forklift experience is required.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Basic math and measurement skills are essential.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Capacity to remain standing throughout the shift.
Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

A minimum of 1 year of sustained employment in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
Mental/Physical Requirements

Lifting Capacity: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. using correct lifting techniques.

Heat Tolerance: Capable of working in high-heat conditions.

Mobility: Role includes occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching, in addition to continuous standing and movement within the facility.
