Position: Vendor Warranty, Returns, and Repairs Specialist Location: On-site Industry: Automotive Wholesale Distribution Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (8-hour shift)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Vendor Warranty, Returns, and Repairs Assistant to help facilitate the smooth and timely processing of items returned to vendors. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate tracking, efficient handling, and proper documentation of all warranty and repair items.
Key Responsibilities:

Process product warranties and repairs according to vendor guidelines

Sort, label, and organize items based on their disposition

Prepare items for shipment-wrapping, packaging, and labeling-to vendors, customers, and salesforce

Communicate effectively via email, phone, text, and in person

Maintain accurate records, including part numbers and item tracking

Manage Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) within vendor timeframes

Work independently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail

Demonstrate flexibility while staying dependable and reliable
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
-
1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Physical Requirements:

Frequent walking, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 70 lbs occasionally, and up to 100 lbs with assistance

Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods

Must be able to work in varying warehouse conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity
