Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to work with warehouse equipment and driving various types of vehicles, including box trucks. Prior delivery driver experience and familiarity with route driving are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- You must have your own personal vehicle.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at customer locations. Between 60-120 packages a day.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Verify delivery orders for accuracy and completeness before departure.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist in warehouse tasks; moving stock, and organizing shipments when not on delivery routes.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a solid understanding of route driving and time management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading procedures and inventory handling.
- Ability to work independently, follow directions accurately, and maintain a high level of organization throughout the workday. This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving, logistics, and providing excellent service in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $515.00 - $1,200.00 per week
