Crystal Lake Pharmacy and Greenleaf Pharmacy are seeking an ambitious pharmacist who wants more than a traditional retail role.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in helping grow independent pharmacies while developing leadership and business skills.
We are not looking for someone who simply wants to verify prescriptions and go home. We are looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful.
What You'll Do
- Verify prescriptions and provide exceptional patient care
- Build relationships with providers and healthcare offices
- Help expand clinical services and patient programs
- Assist with specialty pharmacy growth initiatives
- Participate in new business opportunities and pharmacy expansion projects
- Identify operational improvements and growth opportunities
- Work collaboratively between our Crystal Lake and Greenleaf locations
- Develop leadership skills with a path toward management responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Pharmacist (Illinois)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Self-starter who takes ownership of problems and solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in independent pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and healthcare entrepreneurship
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Willingness to learn the business side of pharmacy
