Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Leasing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in real estate, property management, or leasing who enjoys working with people and solving problems. The Leasing Coordinator supports all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing vacancies across multiple platforms, coordinating showings, communicating with prospective tenants, assisting with applications and lease administration, and maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, dependable professional who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. They are organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and website
Qualify prospective commercial and residential tenants.
Schedule and conduct property tours
Maintain vacancy listings on commercial listing platforms, MLS, LoopNet, Crexi, company websites, and social media
Prepare marketing flyers and online advertisements
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective tenants
Follow up with prospects after showings
Coordinate application documents and financial information
Assist with tenant onboarding and move-ins
Help maintain positive tenant relationships through responsive communication
Prepare lease documents and amendments using company templates
Coordinate signatures and maintain electronic lease files
Track lease expirations and renewal opportunities
Assist with rent commencement schedules and tenant information
Coordinate access for contractors and prospective tenants
Assist property managers with vacancy inspections
Report available space conditions to ownership
Help ensure spaces are market-ready
Maintain accurate property and tenant databases
Prepare leasing reports
Assist with market research and comparable lease information
Support brokers and property managers with special projects
Qualifications
Required:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Working out of Burlington office 4 days per week
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with prospective tenants, current tenants, property owners, vendors, and colleagues
Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and diplomatically while maintaining positive relationships
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Customer service, sales, hospitality, or administrative experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning new software systems
Experience in commercial real estate is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Within the first year, the Leasing Coordinator will:
Respond to leasing inquiries within one business day.
Coordinate all property showings efficiently.
Maintain accurate vacancy marketing across all platforms.
Support timely lease renewals and new lease execution.
Build positive relationships with tenants, owners, and brokers.
Contribute to reducing vacancy periods through proactive follow-up and marketing.
