As a hybrid therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a school setting, providing therapy services to support their mental health and well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students in a school setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and progress notes
Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities
Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in a school-based setting
Current licensure or certification in the state of Ohio
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
