Florida Sales & Marketing is looking for an experienced, driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative who knows how to open doors, develop relationships, grow accounts and build a territory. This is not an order-taking position. We want someone who becomes the person contractors call first.

- Has experience in outside sales, contractor sales, building materials, wholesale distribution or a related industry.
- Understands how to prospect, open new accounts and grow an existing book of business.
- Knows how to sell to contractors and trade professionals - not simply process transactions.
- Builds trust, follows through and understands the value of long-term customer relationships.
- Is motivated, competitive and hungry to grow a territory.
- Is organized, dependable and consistent with customer follow-up.
- Works independently in the field while being a strong team player internally.
- Wants to build something long-term - a territory, a customer base and a career.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE THAT GETS OUR ATTENTION…
- Patio products, aluminum screen enclosures/cages, Bahama shutters, lanais, screen rooms or high-rise railing.
- Screen, aluminum, patio, railing, composite panels, doors, hardware or accessory products.
- Calling on contractors, builders, installers or service companies.
- Wholesale distribution or branch-based sales operations.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
