This position is for 1 of 3 full-time DA's that rotate equally between 3 roles: Primary doctor assistant, secondary doctor assistant, and hygiene assistant. 2+ years of experience are needed, the fellow DA's each have over 15 years of experience. As the newest assistant, the team wants to ensure the candidate that is hired is involved in all areas of the practice. They want this candidate to have a smooth transition into their practice and will allow ample time to acclimate and be trained. Ideally seeking someone who enjoys completing objectives and being recognized for doing so, is reliable, works well in small teams that work collaboratively, engages patients while progressing appointments, is punctual, professional, prioritizes customer service, is comfortable with receiving training and feedback, adapt at communicating treatment recommendations and their rationale and knows how to smile.
The practice is fortunate to serve a very pleasant patient base. They take pride in providing patients with exceptional dental care and a positive experience. The team enjoys working together in a friendly and professional atmosphere. Software used is Eaglesoft and ScanX. 1-DDS, 1-RDH, 2-DA's, 2-FO. Practice was overhauled 6 years ago and acquired by the current owner 1.5 years ago, therefore the longest employee is at 3 years.
Position is available due to previous DA moving out of state.
