CDM Group Inc is seeking a dependable Commercial Maintenance Technician to perform repair and remodel work at active retail and commercial sites across DC, MD, VA, NY, NJ, PA, and CT.
Responsibilities:
Perform commercial service calls, punch-list repairs, and general facility upkeep. Support retail buildouts and small-scale commercial remodel projects. Complete carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, door hanging, and fixture installation. Handle basic electrical work, including outlet and switch replacement, fixture hookups, and simple troubleshooting. Complete basic plumbing tasks such as fixture installation, repairs, and minor leak fixes. Work comfortably and professionally in occupied commercial and retail environments.
Travel:
This role covers multiple states, so overnight travel should be expected for multi-day assignments outside the local area.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience across carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Valid driver's license required. Personal hand tools are a plus but not required.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
