What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapy Aide, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both clinical and administrative operations.
Patient Care Responsibilities
- Assist patients with prescribed therapeutic exercises
- Apply modalities including hot packs, cold packs, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and other treatment tools
- Educate patients on proper exercise form and movement mechanics
- Support clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care
- Help maintain a positive and motivating treatment environment
Fitness and Performance Responsibilities
- Assist with transitional fitness and wellness programs
- Build relationships with patients interested in continuing their health and fitness journey
- Support fitness coaching and wellness initiatives
- Opportunity to develop and maintain fitness training clientele
Clinic Operations Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Process patient payments and collections
- Assist with new patient intake
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Support general office operations as needed
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and has a genuine passion for movement, exercise, and helping others succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or related field
- Current or previous Fitness Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or similar)
- Previous Physical Therapy or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement
- Interest in Physical Therapy, rehabilitation, fitness, wellness, or healthcare careers

Schedule Options
Flexible scheduling available:
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Five 8-hour shifts
