We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Vice President (SVP) Chief Growth Officer to join our dynamic Administration team.
Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance required or equivalent commensurate experience.
Experience
-
A minimum seven (7) years of senior management experience with a credit union or financial institution.

Ability to oversee cross functional teams: branch operations, marketing, digital strategy, product development, and service delivery.

Working robust knowledge of Microsoft Office, Publishing, MCUF/CRM systems, Social Media Platforms, Bank Secrecy Act and Money Laundering rules required.
Compensation
-
$228,300- $241,000, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based incentive bonus up to twenty-five (25) percent.
