Baseball365 Inc. operates youth baseball tournaments in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois as well as a league in southeastern Wisconsin. We are seeking a part-time sales and marketing director who will grow our youth baseball tournament and league registrations year over year. Marketing to the youth baseball community, the ideal candidate should be a baseball lover, as well as skilled in a variety of marketing methods including email and text campaigns, relationship-based selling, customer retention, brand development as well as other online marketing options. Very strong written communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Must reside in southeastern Wisconsin, as community outreach will be required from time to time. This is a work from home, set your own hours, part-time position for someone looking to supplement their current income and put their sales and marketing expertise to good use in the youth baseball community!
You will work independently, all candidates must be self-motivated to ensure the required results are achieved.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales and marketing success along with experience in youth baseball either as a coach, umpire, player or parent.
Compensation:
Salary of $25,000/year.
