Our HVAC service, includes repairs, new installations as well as indoor air quality equiptment. We provide residential and light commercial services. Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating and qualifying potential Heating and Cooling leads to support our sales efforts. If you are a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with people, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools preferred but we'll train.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Must be 18yrs old or older
- Must be able to work weekends and have a reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass the background check.
- At least 1yr in Customer Service experience (prefer)
Full time position will include benefits.
Part time position up to 30hrs.
$18 per hour + bonus incentive with potential to earn $42,000 to $50,000 a year.
