We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Donut Shop Prep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality donuts and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. Duties
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are sanitized and maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by following sanitation guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders.
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing inventory and sales transactions is a plus.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
- A willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills related to food preparation and service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
