We are seeking a full-time Patient Experience Coordinator/Medical Receptionist for our Bloomington office. As the first impression of our clinic, this individual is warm, friendly, and professional and is dedicated to providing excellent patient care over the phone and in person. Responsibilities for this position include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, collecting and entering patient information, scanning medical records, and administrative support. Candidates should possess the ability to work as part of a team with great attention to detail, computer competency, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, prior medical experience is a plus.
