Family Nurse Practitioner
Vitality Urgent Care is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP / APRN) for our Lake Zurich, IL urgent care clinic. This is a strong fit for a Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable treating both adults and children in a supportive, NP-led urgent care setting.
Estimated Annualized Pay: $135,000 to $160,000 Pay: $70–$80 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Weekday clinic shifts | Every other weekend | No call

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat common urgent care concerns for adult and pediatric patients
- Perform or assist with procedures including suturing, incision and drainage, splinting, and wound care
- Order labs, X-rays, and point-of-care testing when clinically appropriate
- Manage patient flow in a busy urgent care setting
- Create treatment plans and provide clear patient education
- Document efficiently using AI-assisted EMR
Requirements
- Active Illinois APRN license
- FNP board certification
- Comfortable treating both adults and children
- Willing to learn urgent care procedures and workflow
- Comfortable working in a busy clinical setting
- Able to work evenings as needed
- Able to work every other weekend, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
