Director of Nursing (RN) (DON) Responsibilities:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the Nursing Services Department, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. Reporting to the Administrator and Medical Director, you will ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will also have the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to fulfill the duties of the position. Additional tasks may be assigned if they align with the role's scope.
