What Success Looks Like
Our Implementers provide high-quality therapy services while building meaningful relationships with clients and families. Successful team members maintain accurate documentation, participate in training, uphold ethical standards, and consistently provide excellent care.
This position is designed as a full-time role and includes a minimum expectation of 32 billable service hours per week.
A Realistic Look at the Role
While this position is incredibly rewarding, it can also be challenging. Some of the children we serve may engage in behaviors such as yelling, crying, or aggression toward property or others, including kicking, hitting, biting, scratching, or spitting, as they learn new skills and ways to communicate.
Our team receives ongoing training, supervision, and support to safely and ethically respond to these situations. Successful Implementers remain calm under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, follow treatment plans consistently, and understand that challenging behavior is often a form of communication.
If you are patient, resilient, and committed to helping children through both their successes and their challenges, this can be an incredibly meaningful career.
