About the Role:
The Security position is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and assets within the organization. This role involves monitoring premises, conducting regular inspections, and responding to incidents to ensure the safety of the workplace. The Security professional will implement security protocols and procedures, providing guidance and support to staff on safety practices. Additionally, this position requires effective communication with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Ultimately, the Security role aims to foster a culture of safety and vigilance, contributing to the overall well-being of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in a security role or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with surveillance systems and security technology.

Knowledge of emergency response procedures.

Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar preferred.

Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors and gates.

Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.

Conduct regular inspections of the premises, identifying and addressing potential security risks.

Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, including observations and actions taken.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed to ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
