In addition to this flagship implant center and institute, our dental group proudly owns and operates three additional established dental practices in the local area. We are seeking a highly skilled, multi-faceted Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the organic growth, SEO strategy, and daily content production across our entire expanding dental portfolio.
Job Summary
[CRITICAL REQUIREMENT] Organic Search Optimization (SEO) is the primary and most vital focus of this role.
We are looking for a data-driven SEO expert who also possesses strong creative capabilities. Your main objective will be to dominate local search rankings and drive high-intent patient acquisition for our new Institute, while simultaneously taking over the digital marketing, daily social media content creation, and video editing for our three existing offices.
This is a comprehensive, multi-location management role that bridges advanced technical marketing with high-volume creative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Focus: Advanced SEO Strategy: Lead, executive, and monitor comprehensive SEO campaigns across multiple websites. Optimize site architecture, landing pages, and local map packs (Google Business Profile) to ensure all 4 locations rank at the top of local search results.
- Multi-Location Brand Management: Act as the centralized marketing hub for our new Implant Institute plus our 3 existing dental practices, ensuring brand consistency and tailored growth strategies for each location.
- Daily Social Media Strategy: Plan, produce, and schedule engaging, high-impact content every single day across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube for our locations.
- End-to-End Video Editing: Shoot, edit, and deliver clean, engaging short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form videos daily. You will translate clinical excellence and advanced dental technology into compelling consumer-facing stories.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Regularly audit SEO performance, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and social media metrics to report on ROI and patient conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience with a proven track record of successful SEO campaign management (Agency experience or multi-location healthcare/dental marketing experience is highly preferred).
- Expert-Level SEO: Deep knowledge of local SEO, technical SEO, content cluster strategies, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Proactive Content Production: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and the ability to maintain a rigorous daily posting cadence.
- Multi-Tasking & Leadership: Exceptional organizational skills to manage the digital presence of 4 distinct office brands without compromising on quality or deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent copywriting skills for SEO blogs, website content, and social captions.
