Responsibilities
- Must be able to work directly with individuals within the home setting independently and reliably.
- Must be able to support individuals and staff in Activities of Daily Living through modeling and task analysis.
- Conduct program observations in a variety of settings and provide recommendations and feedback on Universal Supports as needed to the Behavior Specialist, as well as recommendations regarding treatment approaches to staff and management as required.
- With the supervision and support of the Director of Behavioral Services, and Behavior Specialist create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and contribute to comprehensive functional assessments.
- Monitor the completion of data and track progress for all Behavior Treatment Plans and /or provide feedback to staff as needed.
