Job Title: Resident Aide

Job Summary:
Arlington Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Aides to join our care team. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and passionate about providing quality care to seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents
Assist with meal service and hydration reminders as needed
Follow all community policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Resident Aide, Caregiver, or in a similar healthcare role preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Ability to assist residents with mobility and daily care needs
Must meet all state and facility requirements for employment
