We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Member to join our team in a fast-paced casual dining Restaurant environment that will offer a fully customizable menu. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and clean dining experience for our guests. hour, store hours are from 11am-8pm seven days a week. Shifts are either 10:30am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 8:30pm!
Responsibilities
- Operate Clover POS system for order processing
- Handle cash and operate a cash register efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service while preparing a variety of customizable menu options such as burritos & Bowls
- Prepare smoothies & Refreshers for customers
- Full and complete understanding of our menu and ingredients
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Perform other tasks as required by management
Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment strongly preferred
- POS system operation
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
