Job Summary
Aqua-Tots Swim School in Surprise is looking for a reliable, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Lead.
The Front Desk Lead is responsible for supporting the management team in reaching financial and operational goals by demonstrating strong selling behaviors, providing floor leadership, promoting a positive work environment, and executing daily processes in compliance with company standards and policies.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable using computers and POS systems, and able to multitask between phone calls, in-person customer interactions, scheduling needs, and daily administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate must have previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. There is opportunity for growth within the company for the right person.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work evenings from approximately 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day
- Maximum hours for this position will be approximately 32 hours per week

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Perform consultative selling with new and existing customers
- Ensure phone inquiries and tours are handled professionally and promptly
- Assist families with scheduling, billing questions, trials, and enrollment
- Open and close the school, including assigned cleaning duties
- Assist the General Manager with daily reports and class scheduling
- Track monthly inventory and communicate supply needs
- Follow up with family inquiries, trials, and potential enrollments
- Support the front desk team by providing leadership and guidance during shifts
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for families and team members
- Follow company standards, policies, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience using computers and POS systems preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable speaking with families in person and over the phone
- Sales experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
