BeautiSpot Boutique Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled provider who is passionate about aesthetics, committed to patient safety, and dedicated to delivering natural, beautiful results.
This is an excellent opportunity for an injector who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, creating customized treatment plans, and working in a luxury, patient-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience required
- Experience performing neurotoxin treatments independently
- Dermal filler experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong sales, treatment planning, and patient retention skills
Preferred Experience
- Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, or Xeomin®
- Lip filler and full facial balancing
- Cheek, chin, jawline, and mid-face enhancement
- Sculptra®, Radiesse®, and biostimulator treatments
- PRF and regenerative aesthetic treatments
- Medical-grade skincare recommendations
- Before-and-after photography and documentation
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Perform injectable treatments safely and effectively
- Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
- Maintain detailed and compliant patient documentation
- Capture and manage before-and-after photos
- Build and maintain a loyal patient following
- Participate in practice events, promotions, and educational opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional patient experience
