Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain product quality.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure safety and consistency.
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
- Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing opening/closing procedures, and resolving customer issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management, preferably in quick service or fast food environments.
- Strong background in supervising teams, staff training, and development.
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in shift management and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards.
