Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time, in-person senior field role responsible for managing the day to day operations of multiple commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout. Occasional travel to out of state project sites is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Enforce quality control standards and ensure work is completed to plan and specification
- Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times
- Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project status to Project Managers and ownership
- Review construction drawings and specifications and identify conflicts or gaps before they affect the schedule
- Coordinate inspections and ensure all work meets local building code requirements
- Manage daily logs, site documentation, and field reporting
- Work closely with Project Managers on scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project buyout
- Travel to out of state project sites as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Ground-up construction experience required
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and field crews effectively
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel for out of state project work
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
