You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for creating elevated imagery to showcase our new and signature products. As part of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a leader in home lifestyle and retail, The Sample Coordinator is part of a Photo Team that drives customer engagement and profitability through compelling visual storytelling.
About the Role
In the Merchandise Coordinator role, you will work closely with a very passionate and collaborative group of team members. The Sample Coordinator will provide support for the Photo Producers and Photo Managers. The role will be a liaison between the merchants, warehouse, and photo teams in studio, coordinating merchandise to be ready and available to shoot. You will also support the Photo Managers in bigger picture planning and partner with the merchants to help streamline process. This role is for someone that’s detail oriented, organized, a great communicator, and quick. We strive for operational excellence in support of our photo creative.
This role requires being onsite at our Richmond Studios - 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
Cross check sample information and track down issues to resolution
Prepare sample info notes for Photo Manager
Work closely with Warehouse Team to update sample orders and issues
Partner with Merchants for sample coordination
Spearhead meetings with Merchants for sample coordination and process improvements
Support Photo Producers with studio projects
Criteria
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
Previous experience in Photo Shoots preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Suite, SharePoint, Airtable, and Miro
Competencies
Working knowledge of photo shoots and process

The expected starting pay range for this position is $26- $30/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
