Empower Physio and Wellness is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist who is passionate about providing exceptional one-on-one care while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each client's goals and needs
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments
- Use the Empower Physio and Wellness treatment model when developing and progressing care
- Create and progress individualized home exercise programs
- Communicate with clients through the Jane EMR system
- Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours
- Follow up with clients regarding missed appointments and adherence to their plan of care
- Communicate and collaborate with other members of the team
- Participate in community outreach, workshops, networking opportunities, and educational events
- Contribute to the visibility and growth of the practice through appropriate professional social media and community engagement
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, active Ohio Physical Therapy License in good standing
- Passing score on the NPTE
- Dry Needling Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or experience treating orthopedic conditions involving the head, neck, jaw, spine, and extremities
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Sound clinical reasoning and decision-making
- Commitment to continued education and professional development
- Interest in personal growth and becoming a well-rounded clinician
