Pool & Hardscape Installer – Field Crew
We are hiring a dependable, hard-working Pool & Hardscape Installer to work directly in the field building high-quality outdoor living projects. This role is for someone who is not afraid of physical labor, working outdoors, and learning skilled construction work. You will be part of a crew installing pools, patios, hardscapes, and related outdoor features while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
If you are looking for easy work or constant supervision, this position is not a fit.
Core Responsibilities
- Construction & Installation
Assist with installation of pools, patios, pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living features
Perform tasks including excavation support, base prep, grading, leveling, setting materials, concrete work, and cleanup
Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and correctly
Show up on time, ready to work every day
Work efficiently in all weather conditions
Follow direction from the Project Manager and crew leaders
Take pride in doing work the right way—not the fast way
Maintain straight lines, proper grades, clean cuts, and solid finishes
Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Work as part of a crew and support others when needed
Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates
Be willing to learn new skills and methods
Follow all safety procedures and job site rules
Properly handle materials, tools, and equipment
Respect customer property and company equipment
Required Skills & Traits
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and rain
Ability to take direction and apply it without constant supervision
Willingness to learn skilled trades related to pools and hardscapes
- Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with pools, pavers, concrete, block, or landscaping
Ability to read tape measures and basic layouts
Equipment experience (skid steer, plate compactor, saws, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
