Pacific Mobile Diagnotics (PMD) is seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven Dispatcher to coordinate mobile diagnostic exams across California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates clearly, and has experience supporting patients or clinical teams. Your work directly impacts patient care by ensuring timely, accurate scheduling for our mobile technologists.

Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm
What You’ll Do
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls from patients, providers, and healthcare partners.
- Deliver professional, compassionate customer service with every interaction.
- Schedule mobile diagnostic exams and coordinate routes for our mobile technologists.
- Enter and update patient and client information with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain organized records and support overall dispatch operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Healthcare experience required (medical office, hospital, imaging center, home health, etc.).
- Dispatching or scheduling experience strongly preferred, especially in a healthcare or service‑based environment.
- Strong customer service background with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.basic medical terminology.
- Familiarity with
- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and handling high call volumes.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
- A team‑oriented mindset and a commitment to patient‑centered service.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
