Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Engineering Support Specialist to support engineering and network operations within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate network records, validating service information, supporting billing-related updates, and ensuring engineering databases reflect field changes.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications, cable, or broadband industry.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working with engineering records, project tracking, provisioning, or operational support.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
