Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle is seeking a motivated, results-driven Experienced Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our growing team. As one of the top Indian Motorcycle dealerships in the nation, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about motorcycles, customer service, and sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process—from generating leads and building customer relationships to delivering motorcycles and following up after the sale. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide solutions that create an exceptional buying experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in selecting motorcycles, accessories, and protection products that fit their needs.
- Welcome customers to the dealership and provide professional product presentations.
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads in a timely manner.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships before and after the sale.
- Stay knowledgeable on current and upcoming Indian Motorcycle models, features, promotions, and financing options.
- Maintain a professional and organized showroom appearance.
- Actively engage customers both in-store and at dealership events.
- Work closely with Finance, Parts, Apparel, and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance, customer experience, and dealership growth.
Qualifications
- Must be able to ride motorcycles and possess a valid motorcycle endorsement or be willing to obtain one.
- Previous powersports, automotive, RV, marine, or high-performance retail sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
