F&T Fur Harvester's Trading Post is a mail order company that ships packages to customers all over the world. We offer a complete line of supplies for trappers, houndsmen and predator callers. Our company is customer focused so we expect our employees to do a great job for our customers. This means that we send our customers what they ordered in a timely manner and that the products arrive to them in a presentable way.
Packing Lead Responsibilities Include:
- Packing orders in boxes efficiently and safely so they arrive without damage
- Using good judgement to determine cost-effective shipping methods
- Leading a team of 4-5 associates including but not limited to: giving direction, answering questions and leading by example
- Ordering and organizing supplies
- Keeping accurate monthly inventory counts of supplies on hand
Packing Lead Qualifications/Skills:
- Must have a good and friendly attitude
- Strong leadership skills is a must, management experience a plus
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license
Job is full time Monday-Friday, typically 8a-5p with a break for lunch.
