The Project Manager Will Be Required To:
- Provide project oversight while promoting and maintaining a strong, proactive safety culture on site.
- Oversee the creation and evaluation of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals.
- Facilitate regular subcontractor meetings on the job site to help ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Review monthly billing and manage the documentation and approvals required to maintain timely project funding.
- Lead cost‑tracking efforts, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope adjustments, to support overall project goals.
- Monitor the financial performance of the project and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Act as the company's representative during subcontractor negotiations.
