Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent, friendly customer experiences and offer samples to customers.
- Skillfully scoop ice cream, create ice cream cones, and prepare espresso drinks, milkshakes, and smoothies.
- Operate the cash register and restock ice cream and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and inviting shop, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions from management.
- Good physical stamina and energy, capable of standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, including ice cream tubs, cakes, and other supplies.
- A Current Food Handler's card (can be acquired after receiving a job offer).
- Willingness to work during our opening hours, including weekends.
