Duties
- Supervise all bar operations, including food and beverage preparation, serving, and customer interactions
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate shift schedules, manage staff performance, and ensure smooth daily operations in a quick service or casual dining setting
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and oversee food handling, preparation, and kitchen management processes
- Implement budgeting strategies and monitor financial performance to meet operational goals
Experience
- Proven management experience in a food service environment, preferably within a bar or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and beverage service including barista or coffee experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS along with cash handling expertise
- Prior supervising or team management experience with a focus on staff training & development
- Background in hospitality management with strong leadership skills in kitchen management and food service operations
- Experience working in fine dining, casual dining, or quick service & fast food restaurants is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as inventory control, budgeting, shift management, and customer service excellence
